The Anti-Creativity Checklist

A Harvard professor offers 14 ways to stifle innovation and creativity in this Anti-creativity checklist.  Are any of these present at your school or organization?  A couple that struck me:

  • #4:  Make skepticism your middle name.
  • #11:  Underestimate your customers.  “They are not ready for that.”

I especially like the “quotes” included – we’ve all heard (or perhaps even voiced) these statements or questions at some point…
